Rates vary based month, day of the week and services you request, giving you many choices to fit almost any budget. 

Rates range from $2500 to $6900 depending on the time of year and day of the week.  Friday and Saturday Packages allow for 12 hours of use but may be extended if the Main House is reserved overnight.  All celebrations must end by 11pm with vendors off the property by midnight.

All reservations include private use of all grounds and facilities, a range of options for the ceremony site, patios and gardens for cocktail parties.  The Main House offers dressing areas for the ladies and a man cave for the guys.  The Carriage House is included - the draping and twinkle lights in the photos are always there.  It's 3000 square feet so depending on the size of your wedding may accommodate both ceremony and reception if the weather is not cooperating for an outdoor ceremony.

Most Sunday weddings are $2500.

Your vendors must provide proof of liability insurance for the days you're on the property.  A certificate of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 must be presented 10 days prior to your event.

The overnight rate for up to 12 guests in the Main House is $850 / night.  Includes maid and linen services, continental breakfast.  The bride and groom may reserve the Main House  privately for their honeymoon night for $325.  The Farmhouse, which has one queen and two full beds, 1.5 baths is available for $195/night.

A nonrefundable $1200 deposit is required to reserve any date.  The balance is due 10 days before the event.  7% NC sales taxes apply to all reservations.  Refundable damage deposits are required beginning at $300.

​Our Diamond Package is $6900 and already includes those "gotcha fees" like taxes.  It's for special guests who want all of our services stress-free without building their reservations piecemeal.  The Diamond Package gives you the ability to check in on Friday and depart on Sunday, hosting your rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception while enjoying overnight on the property for the entirety of the weekend.  We set up and breakdown all of the tables, chairs and linen for each of the three events.  A Day-Of Coordinator is available to direct your ceremony and keep you on schedule ensuring the milestones of your special day are met.  A larger number of tables, chairs, linen are included than regular reservations, thereby reducing rental costs you may incur when compared to reservations a la carte.
