The Main House at Rosa Lee Manor provides private dressing areas for your event - an area for the ladies and man cave for the guys.  Overnight is also available - six bedrooms, eight beds, up to 12 guests.

All Wedding Reservations Include:
  • Private use of any outdoor area of your choice for Ceremony
  • Private use of Patios and Gardens for Outdoor Cocktail or Dinner Parties
  • Private use of the Main House for Dressing
  • Private use of the Carriage House for the Reception and/or Ceremony
  • An Assortment of Banquet Tables, Garden Chairs, White Table Linen

Extras Available:
Private use of House for Overnight (sleeps up to 12) and includes maid and linen services, continental breakfast

Setup Services (setting up tables, chairs and linen) - Breakdown labor is already included

​Rentals such as old wine barrels, old doors, old benches, shepherd hooks, flower wagons, etc.

Not Included:
We do not cater, but we do not restrict whom you hire.  However, we will make recommendations for you.  Glassware, plates, napkins, serviceware, cakecutting services are typically provided by your caterer.  

We do allow you to bring your beer or wine (no glass beer bottles) or a licensed caterer may provide this for you.
